Small issue with featured image.

Hello,
Right off the bat I want to say, I love the plugin you’ve made my life so much easier, but I do have a small problem.
Normally if I put a video in to my site the ‘old fashioned way’ it would replace the featured image. But it since I no longer do this. I was wondering if there is a way for me to remove the featured image inside the post from all video posts, but not turning it off across the board.
It’s not a big problem. It just looks a bit strange… Youtube image is the wrong width, and it means the user has to scroll down.
